No person shall be accepted as a Member unless he/she has
reached the age of 18 years. Persons under the age of 18 years may not
participate in events and online forums unless authorized by Club Founders.
This individual under 18 years may not become a member until he/she reaches
the age of 18 years.
A candidate for
membership of TEAMSHOCKERRACING shall apply in writing using electronic
correspondence with one of the site administrators via the forum message
board. In addition to the full title, name, address and date of birth of
the candidate, the Club Founders may request any additional information
they believe would be pertinent to the candidate’s eligibility.
The Club Founders will reserve the right to approve, reject or
override any member nomination even if approved by the member body.
The Club founders shall have power to suspend or expel from
membership any person with or without cause or recourse.
Club meetings will be announced at least a month ahead of time
unless a special session is needed or called upon. All members are expected to attend unless
prior arrangements have been made or extenuating circumstances prevent
attendance.
Any Member wishing to propose any alterations or additions to
the rules may do so at the Annual or Special General Meeting but written
notice must be given to Club Founders 30 days prior to meeting. The proposition will then be voted upon
at the next club meeting.
To remain an active member of TEAMSHOCKERRACING each member
must attend at least one membership meeting and one club event within each
6 month period.
All members shall be required to attend a set amount of club
meetings to be agreed upon by the member body.
All rules and statutes may be changed or amended by a
unanimous vote from club members. At
the same time the Club Founders reserve the right to veto any additions or
changes as they see fit.
Prohibited Conduct**
1.
Inflammatory or hateful comments related to race,
gender, sexual orientation, religion, or age.
2.
Personal attacks, name-calling, or belittling another
member. This includes on the forum
as well as at club events.

Failure to adhere to these conduct rules will be grounds for dismissal from
the club. No exceptions.
